01. Connect
It is so important to me to have a connection with each and every one of my clients. I am trying my best to be as unique and personal as possible with my photography buisness, I want your experience to be memorable from start to finish. Just know and understand that to get fun, joyful, and genuine photos of your story, we need to have a connection, and a relationship. I always say I want to show up to your session and feel like a friend or part of the family, rather than a girl you hired with a camera. So that means - our very first step is connecting via messages, a Zoom call, FaceTime etc. so we can get a good game plan started.
02. Lets make it offical!
After our initial chat, if you decide we’re the perfect fit to work together, it’ll be time to make it official! All you need to do is decide on your package, and from there, I’ll email you with my availability as well as location options for you! Once we find a date and time that works best for us I will email you an online proposal with your custom contract, invoice, and payment schedule all able to be completed online!
I do require an initial payment of half of the total amount due within 24 hours of booking to lock on your time in and let other inquiries know my updated availability. So once your 50% retainer is paid, your date will be saved and then we get ready for some fun!
03. stress free planning
I have spent a lot of time and effort in my planning process with specific questionnaires for each specific session to ensure I have any and all information needed to have a successful experience is covered! So we can just worry about having fun and capturing memories! So be as detailed as possible when answering the questions so I can be as prepared as possible for our session! I absolutely love helping with anything I can while we approach our session! If you need help with what to wear, reach out! I have a ton of amazing tools to help you with what will look best with my style of editing or what I have found looks best in images!
4. the session
Now it’s time for the real fun to begin! THE SESSION! Once all the business stuff is done we can just show up and have a good time! So get ready to laugh and enjoy yourself! I have taken a lot of time and effort to really find ways to capture fun moments! I’ve taken multiple classes on how to get the perfect shots without having you stand super stiff which makes images look so cringy and forced! I absolutely love telling a story and creating real smiles.
5.Edits
This is my favorite part! I get to take all the amazing shots from our session and sprinkle a bit of my magic on them. This means color grading, cropping, and making sure they all have that special vibe. It’s a quick process in the grand scheme of things, but it makes a big difference! This is how I keep my prices and TAT friendly—by giving you all the good stuff with a bit of soft editing. I've already done the work, so why not share it all?
From there, you can pick any images you think might need a little extra love. I include a few retouches if needed, but otherwise, you're good to go! Download and use them for anything personal you'd like. I’m pretty skilled with Photoshop and retouching, and I genuinely enjoy perfecting images for my clients.
Think of me as your judgment-free photo buddy! If there’s something in your image that’s bugging you, let me know. Some tweaks take just a second, while others might need a bit more time. That’s why communication is key—you get exactly what you want without paying for extras you don’t need. Prices for retouches vary based on the time it takes, keeping things fair for everyone!
6.the final step
Once I deliver your soft edit gallery, I'll have you go through and choose any retouches if you'd like! Then from there depending on how many retouches and what all you'd like I will give you a custom turn around time depending on my current editing queue! My average turn around time is 4-6 weeks for photo and 5-8 weeks for video.
